In the uncommon case that a product is defective, the first step is to fill out an Return form. After this has been reported to our returns department, a member of our team will contact you to explore your alternatives.

PLEASE NOTE: The majority of the products we sell come with a manufacturer's warranty that we must honour. We are continuously in communication with the manufacturers to guarantee that all returns are handled as fast as feasible.
Any items deemed to have customer-inflicted damage (for example, bent pins on a motherboard) will be processed as a chargeable repair.
The DDS Group reserves the right to refuse any product(s) not in a satisfactory condition
